Who is responsible

Swyby, Inc., 2810 N Church St, STE 88472, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States, is the operator of this website. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions. This notice is dated 28 October 2026.

Route examples and inquiry drafts

Route inputs and inquiry fields are processed in browser memory. This build does not send them to a Swyby server or store them in cookies or local storage. Downloaded sample files remain wherever you save them. Reloading or leaving the page clears its in-memory state.

Selecting “Prepare email draft” generates text locally. Selecting “Open email app” passes the draft to your chosen mail application. Sending is a separate action that you control. Your email provider’s terms then apply.

If you choose to contact us

An email you send includes the information you choose to provide, your sender address and message metadata. Swyby uses it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the requested software use case and maintain relevant business correspondence.

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry. Information may need to be retained where necessary for applicable legal obligations or disputes. No fixed automatic deletion period is represented here.

Hosting and technical data

Website hosting and network services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, URLs, device headers and security logs to deliver and protect the site. If this preview is accessed through a hosting-platform sign-in, that platform processes authentication data under its own notices.

This build contains no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or remote font requests. Providers involved in hosting or email may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Separate services and rights

This notice does not describe the separate payment portal, provider onboarding or financial-service records. Review the applicable notices before using those services. Do not submit sensitive identity or financial documents through this website’s initial inquiry flow.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and to complain to a relevant authority. Send requests to the contact above, identifying the correspondence involved without sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
